Need help setting up Shipping rates with WooCommerce

I want to add a shipping charge of Rs.49 on all order below Rs.299 and want to offer frees shipping on all the orders above Rs.299

How Can achieve this ?

I'm using Wordpress with WooCommerce Plugin.
