Is there anyway to have javascript-less Mobile version of wordpress Site for Freebasics?

I have a website running on Wordpress, http://ift.tt/1UhrmR4. I am using a 3rd party plugin that makes a mobile-friendly look when people open site on mobile devices. I want to submit my website to Facebook Freebasics but there requirement is that the website should be JAVASCRIPT-LESS. They rejected my site because its mobile version contain javascript. Is there anyway to remove javascript? I searched different plugins but couldnt find anyone.
