Plugins not loading with Ajax

Ok, this is really weird, but the title says it all: plugins are not being loaded with AJAX content.

I use Ajax Load More plugin, with the Previous Post add-on. This creates an infinite scroll of posts. Works fine.

But then I wanted to use a news ticker plugin and noticed that, when the first previous post comes, it does not work anymore. It's empty. If I use a shortcode, it shows as plain text.

At first I thought this would have something to do with shortcodes, but I tested with shortcodes I created myself in functions.php and it works perfectly.

I talked to both plugins creators and they have no idea why this is happening. Do you?
