Woocommerce dynamic pricing

I have two user roles in my website:

• One is normal customer.
• Another is whole seller.

They should buy products in different ways:

• Normal customer can buy only 1, 2, 3 and 6 products.
• Whole sellers can buy 6 , 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 etc type of quantities.

The pricing will be individual for each quantities and also will change depending on country.

Can I make this system with WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing commercial plugin?
Or is it possible manually?

Please help me.
