WP -> drag and drop

I found couple similar topics but none of them kinda helped me.

So the idea is. I would like to have and comment and drag and drop picture area, where customer could order his (ex. t-shirt), but he can add some extra comments and add picture maybe of certain criteria or text on t-shirt.

I found couple of plugins but I can add them to pages but I want it on product page ( which does not show as page). I hope u understand what I mean.

Is there some sort of plugin for what I would like to achieve or widget?
