How to collect and display usergenrated data in wordpress?

I'm sure that my problem ist very simple.... But i need a solution for capturing data, displaying all in a table and make all entries selectable.

So I want to collect data from forms filled by users, display all the entries (maybe by title) and link them to a single view. The table must be visible for all visitors. Is there a simple plugin?
