Link checker by target attribute

Generally: Is there a link checker that will crawl a site and tell you if the links contain the attribute target="_blank"?

Specifically: I've been tasked with checking every link on a WordPress site with more than 100 pages to make sure internal links open in the same tab and external links open in a new tab.
