Responsive Ubermenu to display under Image Slider

I am trying to make the desktop version of the menu on:

test.justdisplays.co.uktest.justdisplays.co.uk

Go underneath the image slider when browser window is below 700px or so.

Basically desktop version: menu above image slider

Responsive/mobile version: menu below image slider.

I have thought about duplicating the menu code and placing it under the image slider in the div called vc_empty. However I cannot locate this div in any of the wordpress files!

Is this the best option or should I use absolute position on the menu and force it down?
