Static HTML files (with video content) to Wordpress

Source: I already have a static html5 that has css folder, contents (video, audio). I mean it is a purely made out of html5 page.

Purpose:

All I need is to integrate the whole html5 files into WP. I don't want to convert the whole page to 100% WP page. Simply, I just want to let a page of WP to display the contents of my html (everything). Meaning, I will just create a page then let it show the static html content.

Questions:

1. Is WP page template the right choice for my purpose? If not, please suggest.

2. Does creating a theme is also an option?

3. Is there a plugin to use that can initially link a WP page into a static html files?

I can simply put an html page to its directory and linked it but my purpose is to be part of WP(though the contents are not in DB) atleast the page.
