Woocommerce: proceed to cart only after checking pincode availability

I want to add a feature in one of my wordpress ecommerce project, wherein the user has to enter pincode to check if shipping is available in that area. If yes he will be able to use add to cart button and proceed further. Else the user wont be able to add to cart i.e disable the button. I am using woocommerce plugin. So any way to only allow areawise selling? Any plugin or function/hook? The pincode is must to enter.
