WPML Woocommerce upsell by skus translation

I am using Woocommerce and WPML for my multilingual e-shop, which includes English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Recently, I am trying to setup up sell items (Something similar to Related Product, but it is specified and setup by enter specific skus for each item.) It works fine for Main Language - English. However, the up sell items haven't shown up in both Chinese versions.

I am wondering if anyone have encountered this issue, and able to fix it. Here are some screenshots of Product Translation Detail, Translation Settings, and WPML Plugin versions. Hoping someone can help me.
