Add custom button "Download Selected" next to "Delete Selected" in Wordpress -> Dashboard -> Media -> Library -> Bulk Select

I think my question title is sufficient to understand my problem. Still I am adding an image here... I want extra button next to "Delete Selected" button

Can anyone solve my problem?
