WordPress: How to install a plugin with code, any functions or hooks?

Background

I'm now developing a wordpress plugin based on WP_Posts2Posts.

So, when my plugin activates, I want to ensure if WP_Posts2Posts plugin was installed, if not, install it automatically.

Is there anyway? Seemed not found in the documentation.
