Send post a Wordpress site to another site Wordpress

I need to develop a plugin for Wordpress that takes the post published on the site where the plugin is installed and sends the fields of post (title, featured image, author, content, tags ...) to another Wordpress site, at another server / database which is used as the basis for an application for smartphone. It is possible? There is already some plugin or function that does this? Or is it better to start from scratch? Develop a plugin for doing this is the best solution, or are there others?
