Edit head from within WordPress plugin / shortcode

Is it possible to changes something in the head of the page from within my plugin. So for example. In the head I have 3 tags:

<link hreflang="en" href="http://ift.tt/28YlQNU" rel="alternate" />
<link hreflang="nl" href="http://ift.tt/28XF4XO" rel="alternate" />
<link hreflang="de" href="http://ift.tt/28YlcQS" rel="alternate" />

These all go to the details page. My plugin uses fake urls that redirect to this details page. But I need to put these fake links in these tags.
