Wordpress hacked - Random text spam ads injected

There is some script injected into my wordpress website. Its throwing some text ads on the homepage on first visit. If I refresh the page it wont come again until the cookie expires. (Screenshot attached below)

There was a javascript which seems to be culprit in wp-includes/Simplepie/...xyz.html. I removed the whole Simplepie related files and DB entries, But no use. I tried to find the script in affected file but couldn't find where it is. In DB also its not there.
