Can not using plugin normally after deactive, delete then reinstall

Someday ago, My website meet some problem, I just deactive and delete the plugin , then reinstall it AFter that i can not use it normally. It happen with Premium SEO PACK plugin, other plugins are ok

Could you help to check the reason or do you have any solution for it. This plugin is very important because it is SEO plugin.

I have Reinstall the wordpress and aslo change new theme for wordpress, but the problem still exists
