Contact Form with database store in wordpress

Hello I am new to wordpress.

i want to add a contact form in my wordpress posts where entries submitted by contact form should be stored in database (phpmyadmin) . i have installed contact form 7 & contact form DB plugins but i am not able to fetch results .

please help me to achieve this
