The responsive menu button(The three lines) for this site occasionally renders incorrectly in chrome, and several other browsers, which is sometimes fixed with a refresh, sometimes it isn't, and resizing the screen and refreshing are needed. This has really got me stumped.
We are using a plugin for the menu, "Responsive Menu" by responsive menu.
A change of plugin is an option if we are unable to figure out why it's breaking the way it is, but we'd prefer to keep it if we can.
The areas highlighted in red, ignore. That was a question for the client.
