i want to add a subscribe to my site popup in Wordpress which must me filled out before searching any content from website

If some opens suppose xyz page in WP,a popup will be shown to them before searching any content from my site,and next time the same subscriber opens the xyz page,the popup will not show to the subscribed member.Is there a plugin tat meet my requirement. Thnx in advance
