Not able to find documentation on i18n-config.json file of wordpress qtranslate plugin...

this is the contents of that file... basically i want to add translate input switcher on

options-general.php?page=capps page I have gone through the integartion documention on http://ift.tt/28Oa79I

but still the settings not seems to work..

i have set this in configuration but no switcher appearing there..please help...
