Open popu and send sms in wordpress

I have searched but do not find any solution , so i posted here.

Is there any simple way to open a popup at any place in wordpress.

Actually i have a property site in wordpress. where anyone can seed the property and i want to add a button with contact detail. if anyone click on this button, then users detail send via SMS to agent and related this property's agent detail send to user. Before this procedure user is already register so we can get detail from database.

Please give me any suggestion.
