Unable to find W3TC .htaccess location in order for minify to work

I am trying to get minify to work within the w3 tc plugin and am trying to rewrite the .htaccess files for this portion of the install...There seems to be no .htaccess file within the minify folder. /home4/b5f9w2i9/public_html/wp-content/cache/minify/.htaccess:
