WooCommerce "out of Stock" based on price

I am using Woozone WordPress Plugin which imports Amazon Affiliate products into WooCommerce. The thing is when WooZone finds that a product is no longer available on Amazon it removes the price of that particular product instead of making it out of stock.

What I need is to make stock quantity equal to Zero for unavailable products, by making a condition on price, if price value doesn't exist make stock quantity equal to 0 or something like that.

your help would be highly appreciated.
