Wordpress plugin js conflict with theme

I have made this gallery plugin that works well on this theme http://ift.tt/1UGtMmm

But when I installed it on another site, another jquery plugin messes up the Type field (top right) http://ift.tt/25P1vFA . As you can see, the type field shows 2 dropdowns.

Is there any way to make it work on all themes or do I have to customize it in each theme.
