WP Job Manager - Claimed listing unable to contact owner

I have used the WP Job Manager - Claim Listing & WP Job Manager - Contact listing plugins.

After creating a listing as an admin and have tested the claim listing function. It worked seamlessly but I realized that upon claiming the listing as a user (using another email), the contact owner email does not direct to the new owner and is lost somewhere. Is there a way to fix this?

I have created another listing from scratch as a listing owner and that's when I can receive the contact email. Is there a hook I can place in the function.php file?
