How can I stop a webpage element from constantly refreshing and resizing on Chrome iOS?

I use Twitter Timeline with JetPack for Wordpress on my personal webpage, and I'm seeing some crazy behavior when viewing the webpage with Chrome on iOS. Essentially, something is making the right panel resize itself and refresh something about once per second.

This doesn't appear to happen with Safari on iOS (and I can't reproduce it every time with Chrome every time, either).

My question: how can I make this stop happening?
