How to protect website hack wordpress plugin job mangement?

Hi all I am a new of wordpress , I am install plugin job mangemnt, and When user upload the CV file pdf to my wordpress admin . I am afraid user upload file hvae virus , Hacker hack by upload or they upload another file, How can I protect this, Please help recomment me thank q .
