How to add The Newsletter Plugin Subscribe Preferences with Contact Form 7 extension

I am using The Newsletter Plugin with Contact Form 7 extension to create two subscriptions(forms) in my web site. The forms created are working really fine.

I have two lists/groups which called Subscriber and Joiner. Its preference numbers are 1 and 2 respectively. I am passing relevant values(with contact form 7) with the form submission. But when I check in admin area subscribers not showing under there relevant category and instead of that those subscribers showing without a category. It showing no one has subscribed.

I don't know where I am wrong..
