appointment booking calendar lost modification

I have installed and modify appointment booking calendar wordpress plugin link.

While after updating within single day, plugin automatically remove modified files and original file restored. All the files on server having modified date updated even I have installed plugin 4 days ago.

Anyone has its solution to retain modified files.
