How to applied css to woocommerce plugin?

I am using woocommerce plugin in one of my ecommerce website. I am changing some css in my filter box. But when i am applying css to the file it is not showing any changes. I inspect element in browser and when i changed there in css, it is showing changes. Where i went wrong. I just changes here to add border to filter divs but it is not showing any changes.
