Woocommerce plugin : customize a page only once and that change should reamain the same after plugin update?

I have updated some of my pages in woocommerce plugin like order listing and product listing. But i put my changes inside these files. But when i update the woocommerce plugin i lost all the changes. So is there any way to customize woocommerce plugin pages in such a way that if i update the plugin the changes will remain the same ?
