Modify WordPress subdirectory URL

I have this situation: 1.- A website (not created with WordPress) hosted in http:// www.server.com 2.- A WordPress blog stored in http://ift.tt/1oijzUx 3.- A WordPress plugin stored in http:// http://ift.tt/1okPqnX

I would like that the plugin is accessed from http:// http://ift.tt/1oijAaP

I´ve been looking for Apache mod_rewrite solutions, but can´t make it work.

Anyone knows if this can be achieved, and how?
