WP - Change increment by 1 in URL

I have this link that I'm using for a button to go to another page ...

<a class="eme_nav_right" href="/wpbkd/?eme_offset=1">TEST Next month ❭</a>

Every time I click on this, I'd like to have "eme-offset=1" increment by 1. So the next page button would be "eme-offset=2".

How can I do this?
