Linking WP plugin with WordPress Glotpress

I have a question about WordPress multilingual feature. WooCommerce and many other WP plugins have only POT file in language folder because they are using WordPress translation.

I am translating my plugin using Poedit. Now, want to use WordPress translation.

I have no idea how to connect it with WordPress translation. Please guide me. Any help will be appreciated.
