Add a payment method without need to register the payment recievers from the website to have a merchant account?

Hi I am building a website in WordPress in which there will be :

1. An administrator
2. Property Owners
3. Subscribers / Normal Users

Property Owners will post their properties on rent/sale and the normal users will either buy or take that property on rent.

So the problem which I am facing is that when the normal users will pay a deposit amount for that property it will come to admin merchant account (say paypal). Admin needs to cut their commission percentage and pass the amount to Property Owners.

I know this can be done by adaptive payment methods/ chain payment methods in paypal , but for that I will need to have a merchant/paypal account of each and every property owner. I don't want each property owners to create an account at paypal to post the property at our website , because they will not prefer and would go to site where their property can be listed free.

So finally I can get the online payment in admin merchant/paypal account. Now, What is the preferred solution to then transfer the amount to their respective banks by using their banking details like (acc no , IFSC code and other things)?

We can save the bank details of every property owners which will be required to transfer the money online
