Populate Hidden Field based on form entry

I have a simple form with conditional fields. If you select somenthing on one filed it will display some values on another and so on. I need that at the end, based on fields selections a "product name" to be chosen. For example : if I select 125 kg, 2m height and 8/2 speed -> XM05SD product. There are about 50 to 100 possible outcomes.

Can you help me with a starting point? How should I start this? Is there a plugin/jquery scritp that I can use as a base point? Anything that I can start with I will appreciate.
