Woocommerce shipping calculation using price

Please assist me with how to calculate the shipping in woocommerce. If i have $100 worth a product added to the cart it should charge $9 but any additional product or cost above $100 should be $3 extra. So it should be Up until $100 its $9 $101 it is $9+$3=12 and each additional product is added to the shipping total by $3 Your assistance is much appreciated. Warm Regards, Bikash
