Call plugin on specific theme

I've installed Onetone template on my Wordpress. This template has a special home page available in admin panel (Appeareance -> Options Onetone). This home page is separated into a few sections. I'd like to use the plugin Popup Builder in a home section but it seems the template doesn't recognize this plugin on wp-content/plugins folder. Because if I try to use a plugin's shortcode in a section, I obtain JS errors. This plugin works perfectly in basic WP pages.

How can force the template to call this plugin?
