How to fetch form data from a form build by plugin in wordpress

In wordpress i have build many forms via APfomrs plugin. Now i want to fetch data from those form when user submit the form. and then to do some calculation related to those data in a php file and then show data from all forms on a page along with the calculation done. Any plugin for it or any mechanism kindly do inform me.
