Page update-Word Press

I have a strange problem that is causing me some strange times.

The thing is that, if I update the content on my page and then I check it it’s not going to show live. Unless I put a "?" after the link. So it looks something like this http://ift.tt/1qVweyj? If I do this than its going to show the latest modification.

I use hyper cache as a caching plug-in, put I have disabled all my plug-in and the problem persists. Also the updated content usually appears on that page with a regular link so www.WEBSITE.com/PAGE in a few hours.

Hope you can point me in the right direction! (Used a lot of ctrl+f5)
