SKT Skill bar - circular and gage charts doesn't show up

I'm Developing a WordPress theme, the problem is I past the short code of the SKT Skill Bar plugin in my content Wysiwyg editor .. the only type that shown is the bar , circular and gage html printed on page but the bars are not shown.
