Wordpress plugin-"Appointment calendar" not functioning

I am using wordpress plugin "Appointment Calendar" . There is an option named time off.In dat when I click on Start Time as well as End Time pop up box is noy displaying. I need that pop up box to set up the time. I found something like following.
