does anyone know if I can customize a ninja-form for word-press to appear one after the other?

I did a form... well 2 forms on wordpress using the plug in ninja-forms,and my idea is to place one form on my home page and then after the user place the input information on the 1st form, the 2nd form will follow after that I will email the info to my self, my question is, can that be possible, I do have coded a bootstrap page with a form and a function with it, but wordpress uses PHP not js or html for what I have research, so can that be possible to achieve ?
