need a function removed and replace with a plugin (wordpress)

if anyone is good with WordPress I need this issue fixed in my WordPress http://ift.tt/1U0t0Vr The red button had function that was made with the theme but it is not working and I removed it and I installed report content and it is that blue button report I want to replace the red button with the blue one.

Can someone tell me how to fix this issue
