Page builder by siteorigin crashed

Hi i just installed page builder plugin by site origin and then i was looking for some other addon plugins for it like

• Tabs Widget for Page Builder
• Ultimate Addons for SiteOrigin
• SO Page Builder Animate
• SiteOrigin Widgets by CodeLights
• SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
• LRW Widgets Bundle
• Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets
• Background Videos for SiteOrigin Page Builder

I ended up having this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare origin_widgets_init() (previously declared in /home/*****/public_html/******/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/widgets/widgets.php:9) in /home/******/public_html/******/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/widgets/widgets.php on line 21

I removed the page builder plugin from FTP and disabled all these plugins but when i tried to install the page builder plugin again without these plugins i still have the same error and that cause the admin page to stop.
