unable to install premium themes - Avada theme (Error Message: Are you sure you want to do this?)

I'm trying to install Avada theme (34.7 MB) locally. I already installed it in server and there works but I can't do it locally. I tried to install a free theme by downloading it and then uploading and it works, but if I try to install Avada theme I get a message: Are you sure you want to do this?Please try again. I changed the parameters in php.ini and they are like this:

max_execution_time = 120
memory_limit = 256M
post_max_size = 32M
upload_max_filesize = 45M
max_file_uploads = 45

Can somebody help me, I'm stuck here the whole day, and still i can't do it?
