configure Amazon Cloudfare to serve static content of wordpress plugins

I have set up my cloudflare account and have a basic understanding of how it works. Now there are certain static resources of my plugins that I want to host on this CDN. My question is: 1) Do i need to manually dequeue these in my functions.php and enqueue to point towards the CDN (after manually uploading the files there). Is there a automated alternative? 2) So what happens if the plugin gets updated. Again the process has to continue. Can there not be an automatic syncing?

I am looking for a solution that does not need an additional plugin. Thanks
