How to send new post to WordPress blogger using HttpClient in Windows Phone 8.1 Universal App/ Run time apps

I'm trying to figure out how to new post from windows phone by using HTTPClient. I've been trying to figure this out for a while, I have found plenty of examples online, but I cannot get any of them to work. I believe this is because of my lack of knowledge in general about httpclient.

any one please help me to show send new post to Wordpress Blogger using httpclient or any other api or any other way using of httpclient..
